Steps to reproduce:
(1)Go to any video website. Like vimeo 
(2) play a video 
(3) make it full-screen 

Expected result: full screen picture. No navigation bar or anything 


Actual result:navigation bar is still visible and when in landscape I can't click the play bar to skip through the video.
