Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 9901.77.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.97 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9901.77.0 (Official Build) stable-channel veyron_minnie Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Sign in to Chromebook as non-admin/owner user with Android apps & Google Play Store already enabled. 2. Attempt to launch an installed Android app. What is the expected behavior? The Android app should launch/open. What went wrong? The Android app does not open. The icon for the app spins indefinitely. This happens if the non-admin/owner user tries to open the Play Store too. Did this work before? Yes It worked on the current version, I believe. Chrome version: 62.0.3202.97 Channel: stable OS Version: 9901.77.0 Flash Version: 27.0.0.187 /opt/google/chrome/pepper/libpepflashplayer.so I am the admin/owner user and all Android apps work for me. If the other user disables/turns off the Play Store and then re-enables it, allowing all the Android apps to re-install, it then works and the user can launch and use Android apps until they sign out. Once they sign out and sign back in, the Android apps stop functioning again. I can see in the Task Manager that none of the Android services launch when the user signs in. I have re-created this issue with two non-admin/owner users on my ASUS Flipbook C100P.

OK then, I've been testing on my Asus Flip and just sent this feedback. Adding step 9. Shutdown > restart > app will not open for primary user Android Netflix app will not open for primary user 1. Added a second user profile to Chromebook 2. Installed the Netflix Android app 3. Did not sign in 4. Primary user > error message Netflix has stopped 5. sign out > sign in second user > the app opens 6. Uninstall app from second user 7. sign out > sign in primary user 8. Primary user Netflix app still will not open 9. Shutdown > restart > app will not open for primary user CBC-TC feedback while testing for this issue 797706 - #Android apps only work for primary Chromebook user - chromium - Monorail https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=797706 Google Chrome 62.0.3202.97 (Official Build) (32-bit) Revision 0 Platform 9901.77.0 (Official Build) stable-channel veyron_minnie Firmware Version Google_Veyron_Minnie.6588.237.0 Customization ID MINNIE ARC 4446936

10. Removed the Play Store from second user 11. Shutdown > restart 12. Primary user > error: Netflix has stopped, will not open 13. Uninstall Netflix > reinstall 14. Message: signed in with Smartlock Maybe Smartlock is the issue as it did not sign me in for the second user?

Dymphe, I just want to clarify that the issue you are describing in Comments 3 & 4 is different than what I experienced. In my issue, the primary user does not have any problems running Android apps (and I don't use Smartlock). only the non-primary/non-admin users have issues launching anything related to Android.

@Jeff, yes I know and will start a separate issue if the devs ask. Just wanted to post it for the record that there are issues when more than one user profile has the Play Store enabled. The "smartlock" in this case refers to Chrome OS saved passwords, confusingly called the same as when using a phone to unlock a Chromebook. I can not reproduce your issue.

Hi Jeff, I tried to find your feedback report you mentioned in this CBC post: https://productforums.google.com/d/msg/chromebook-central/uwxt3pBNHug/_REHbSg9CgAJ Can you re-file and post here with an approximate time and the exact description you enter? I'd like to take a look at logs.

Is this still reproducible for you? (Asking because it's not reproducible for me any more: see issue 823973 .)
