Range-type inputs do not display in mobile inspector

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit this JSFiddle on a mobile device https://jsfiddle.net/djfdev/pcx42ozj/
2. Visit the same JSFiddle in Chrome with the mobile inspector turned on

What is the expected behavior?
In step 2, I should see the `<input type="range">` appear in the view.

What went wrong?
The input does not display.

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.12.6 using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.84 and latest canary #65.0.3304.0.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Visited this JSFiddle https://jsfiddle.net/djfdev/pcx42ozj/ in Chrome with the mobile inspector turned on.
2. Observed that <input type="range"> appeared as expected.

daniel@ - Could you please check the screen cast and please let us know if any thing missed from our side. Also please check this issue on latest canary #65.0.3304.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
