Can't minimize in incognito inspector

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open incognito mode 2. open inspector 3. pop out inspector on second monitor 4. maximize inspector What is the expected behavior? You should be able to hit minimize and minimize the inspector window What went wrong? Incognito symbol covers minimize button Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 28.0 r0

Seems like a browser UI issue on Windows. Over to UI>Browser for triage.
