[MD Bookmarks] Long bookmark names not shown completely

Reported by vorak...@gmail.com, Dec 26 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. in Windows 10: change scaling to 175%
2. go to chrome -> settings -> appearance
3. set font size: very large
4. set page zoom: 100%
5. create in bookmarks a subfolder with a long name like "some folder with a long name"
6. drag the "line" that separates the bookmark tree from the bookmark area as far as possible to the right

What is the expected behavior?
In the previous bookmark manager you drag the line as far as you wish to the right, so you could see the folder name in the tree even on that zoom.

What went wrong?
Now there is a limit, how far you can drag the line. Furthermore, much space is lost because of the indentation in the MD Bookmark manager. This was solved better previously.

Did this work before? Yes in 62

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 63.0.3239.108

This problem maybe hardly occur when using a PC monitor. But I also use the TV over HDMI cable where the problem appears. There I often can't see the whole folder/bookmark name. Please solve this problem. Or even better, bring the previous bookmark manager back!
