Regression:Overlap of arrow icon with App launcher icon is seen while opening/closing settings window

Chrome Version:65.0.3299.0/10250.0.0 Glimmer,Falco,Celes
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>In Ubertray/Network >>open network settings 
(2)While opening/closing the settings window observe at App launcher icon(Please refer video)
OR
1.Open/Close Set Wallpaper overlay and also observe

Actual: Overlap of arrow icon with App launcher icon is seen
Expected: No such icons overlapping should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3282.41/10176.22.0 beta channel celes

omrilio@: Please confirm the issue.

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

does this still show up on ToT? I haven't been able to repro this.

It seems to be the issue is working fine in latest M-65 ToT [65.0.3322.0/10315.0.0 dev] checked with devices Falco,Glimmer.No overlapping of icons is seen.
