What steps will reproduce the problem?
Normal ops
Brand new chrome book.
Didn't enter phone number when I created new account, chromebook came up clean.
Next thing I new it said there was a new OS update to install (which I had never encountered before)

Then I noticed the galaxy 4,5,6 malware had been loaded on the brand new acer. I created a log on monorail, tried to roll back the update, powerwashed and deleted the old email I had created cw6316... and reran chrome net internals which I have attached.

There are significantly more issues now identified. This login does not have my phone number in the account but is protected by google enhanced privacy protection. This is the log for initial login to the chromebook. https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=797198

I have noted both of these chrome books have multiple unauthorized modules visible in net-internals, the old galaxy 4 malware is resident in both, and another stand alone update is constantly trying to update flash on both machines. These two chromebooks will power wash but it doesnt do any good, the malware still resides on the device, also several of the apps "can't delete these.png" will not allow me to remove them at all. It reminds me of the people that made encrypted partitions using samsung knox on their phones added malware and then added the ~20 phones to corina.w on the samsung website.... All of these apps downloaded straight away to my galaxy phones.

I have everything from this machine syncing to google servers. Attached is the setting showing gmail is open in another location, talking in IPV6, despite me turning it off. And I am attaching the setting where it says the chromebook is NOT allowed to run playstore apps.

Do the people that created advanced protection KNOW that other people can access my gmail??????

NOTE on lower right side: Restart to update adobe flash. Both of these new chromebooks are doing this. I want to thank you all for not just helping me, but helping to make the internet a safer place. PS. I called the playstore, was transferred to chromebook, then transferred to Acer. The app called text is giving errors that it is storing in a nonstandard place, but nothing has been fixed, and all the other malware remains. The malware is within google drive and/or google play and is synced to my accounts and aliases

ALSO-- GOOGLE SYNC SAYS CHROME AND THE CHROMEBOOK STORE IS A HOSTED APP. THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE on a chromebook. AM I RUNNING something different?

Did I mention that people are still logging in to gmail (I disconnected my google drive) and deleting my email????? This is supposed to be an enhanced protection account. It does not seem very safe to me.

Hello Friends, This is the email account I set up Dec 19th and it has the same malware as on all my other accounts. I am going to delete this email as it seems not to have helped me get away from the galaxy apps loading on the chromebook. Can you please change the submitter to corinaaur...@gmail.com as the issues persist, and I think me creating new emails are only complicating the matter. This is as per my other new logs and the 3 emails I will be deleting.
