ASP.NET dialog support

Reported by sviatosl...@devcom.com, Dec 25 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create asp.net web forms application
2. Create a popup form like <form id="passwordDialog" runat="server">
3. Add an input field with a "password" type
4. Open a web page, open a pop-up form.

What is the expected behavior?
Write nothing into console.

What went wrong?
Got
[DOM] Found 2 elements with non-unique id #__VIEWSTATE: (More info: https://goo.gl/9p2vKq)
exception thrown into console.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

The thing is ASP.NET automatically adds these fields to every form. And they all got the same ID.
I know html specs, I do know that "Element id attributes should be unique: no two elements should have the same id.". But it seems that some microsoft engineers

created a form behaviour that is incompatible with Chrome.
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
As you say, this is a Microsoft problem and the bug should be reported to them. I'm curious if this works in Edge.
