Sites notifications broken again!

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log in to Facebook.com
2. Never get any notification
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Should get notifications

What went wrong?
Notifications totally broken

Did this work before? Yes 62 and Android 8.0

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.111  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8.1
Flash Version:

Ok that was a chrome problem I then solved uninstalling and reinstalling it. Can be closed.
