The AutofillPopup do not call disableHideOnOutsideTap in webview. 

Tested the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue. No Crash is observed 

Steps Followed:
1. Enabled WebView #63.0.3239.111
2. Launched UC Browser
3. Navigated to https://m.555zw.com/
4. Observed the autofill suggestions are going away on tapping away

Chrome versions tested:
63.0.3239.111

OS
Android 7.0.0

Android Devices
7.0.0; SM-J710F Build/NRD90M

@laiyonggao: Could you please update your Chrome or WebView to latest version and check if you still face the issue? if so provide the details of your device and also mention the app which you're facing the issue.

I cann't update WebView to latest version. And the system WebView disable AutofillPopup.

Unable to test this issue using 360 secure Browser as it wasn't available in PlayStore for India location. Hence requesting MTV team to take a look at this issue if this app is available there.

This issue is reproducible on Webview Shell Browser on Samsung S7/SM-G930F(both on system image:58.0.3029.83 & 63.0.3239.111), Nexus6P/(on system image:55.0.2883.91 & 63.0.3239.111), Nexus 5/LRX22O(58.0.3029.83 & 63.0.3239.111).

Note:
1.Could not find the app mentioned by the reported, hence tested on Webview shell browser and the issue's reproducible.
2.This issues is not regression.
3.When navigated to the url: https://m.555zw.com/ on DU Browser, this issue does not repro.

This behavior was introduced at

The rationale in this patch to keep autofill popup behavior was "tapping on an input field should not hide the autofill".

Some mitigation ideas:

1) Dismiss autofill when tapping anywhere, including input form - same as <select> dropdown.
2) Dismiss autofill when tapping anywhere, and show autofill again when tapping the currently focused input field.
3) Dismiss autofill when tapping anywhere except for the currently focused input field.

Ok, I'll take a look.

I checked with michaelbai@ that autocomplete was disabled on O+ in favor of autofill. It was reported for N (7.x), but we won't have this problem for O and above.

could this be similar to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=674447 ?

On tap/scroll, the drop-down should close/fade out of sight.
