high cpu and memory usage after several wake from S3

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.39 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I connect to DSM (synology NAS) 
2. not close chrome, and switch the laptop to standby

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
after more standy/wake up
Chrome use high cpu and memory
The lastest wake, I use another wifi connection, and after more second when select save AS from DSM(NAS synology) the PC is very slow.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.39  Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

After Close and open chrome it's good

As TE team doesn't have DSM (synology NAS) to check this issue further. Hence adding TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV label. Could someone from MTV team take a look into this issue.

@Reporter: Could you please check the issue by creating a fresh profile of chrome which do not have any apps/extensions. Else go to chrome://settings and reset settings to revert your browser configuaration to default.
