Issue descriptionSometimes when we enter WebVR through 2D, the toast shows up informing the user about the app button, when it shouldn't.

This one is different from 781056. 781056 enters VR through the enter VR button. But this one enters VR through NFC IIRC (Michael, can you confirm?). I don't see a toast when through "enter VR" button as described in 781056. But I can still reproduce from the NFC entry. So undo the dup here.

I duped it because I logged bug 781056 on this a while ago. I had just made a mistake in the repro steps. But I added a note later on indicating that it happened with NFC, and adjusted the title to be more specific. This issue has been known for a while, I had even brought it up in the chat room weeks ago.

With the new repo step, I agree that they are the same issue. So redo the dup.
