Chrome OS: M64 build - 10176.22.0, 64.0.3282.41 beta channel on caroline device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Files app, goto Google Drive folder
(2) Click on 3-dot menu (or settings) icon from the top panel
(3) Check "Show Google Docs files"
(4) Uncheck "Show Google Docs files"

What is the expected result?
When checked or unchecked 'Show Google Docs files' option, settings menu dialog should display only once.

What happens instead?
Every time you check or uncheck 'Show Google Docs files' option, settings menu dialog gets displayed twice. This UI flicker should not happen.

Addition info:
I'm not seeing this bug for the same user account on eve device having same build.
