devos.j@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 7 and 10 on the latest Stable 63.0.3239.108 and Canary 65.0.3305.0 and unable to reproduce this issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and enabled Hardware Acceleration in Chrome://settings. 2. Navigated to the given site https://stubru.be/live and couldn't observe any glitches while playing the video. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to please retry the issue on a new Chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

The issue might be linked to a particular graphics chip. All the laptops that are exhibiting the behaviour are HP Elitebooks 850 G3 laptops with the Intel HD Graphics 520 chipset. I also tried updating the graphics drivers to the latest version (20.19.15.4483) but the problem remains. The test were done after resetting Chrome to the default settings, without a user logged in and with all extensions disabled.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.108 using Windows 10 Elitebook with Intel HD Graphics. Attaching screenshot and chrome_gpu details. As ET/Inhouse team doesn't have HP Elitebook with windows 7 forwarding this issue to MTV. Could someone from MTV team please have a look at this issue. Thanks!

Unable to reproduce this issue from TE end on Windows 10 Elitebook as per comments #6. As there is no HP Elitebooks 850 G3 laptops with the Intel HD Graphics 520 chipset present with ET team adding TE-Hardware-Dependency label. Thanks! |
