Anchor doesn't work in google chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
click Equipe or contact, it should go down to the #Equipe or #contact

What happens instead of that?
nothing happen

Landed in 61.0.3138.0

Apparently, some of the scripts on the site is outdated and tries to read document.body.scrollTop instead of document.scrollingElement.scrollTop.

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.84 and on the latest canary 65.0.3304.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1.

Suspecting the same as mentioned in comment#1. Hence assigning it to dtapuska@.
