When finishing saving an image, we could display something with a link to the photos app

We could show an infobar with a link to switch to the photo application. The current behavior is to create the photo there but not providing any link.

IIRC, this was pushed back by UX because it was confusing (i.e. which photo app should we open?). Also, there is no feedback when doing this action on other application.
