The Bug Queue is laggy

I updated the assignee of a bug in the bug queue but SoM does not update it instantly (more like 30s-1min later).

Would be nice if refreshing the page forced an update.

The lag time is based on the caching for the bug queue. We could probably increase the rate the bug queue data is updated at or maybe change how the caching decides to update.
