What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->open https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/themes?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon and Add any theme to chrome
(2)A downloading notification with 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option is seen at shelf
(3)Click on 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option of that notification and Observe(please refer video)
Actual: Unnecessary 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option is seen at notification while adding themes
Expected: No need of such unwanted 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option
This is a Non-Regression seen from M-55
Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
