Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Make page with frame, add mousedown and mouseup listeners 2. Push down the mouse button inside the frame 3. Move mouse pointer outside the frame 4. Release mouse button What is the expected behavior? frame event listener catch mouseup event What went wrong? mouseup event triggered only if I don't prevent mousedown event Did this work before? Yes Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: In the attached test case first iframe only listen events, second iframe also does preventDefault of mousedown event. So first iframe listener works correctly, but second does not.
