The course does not play and display...only a screen with 100%

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

Thanks for filing the issue!

@Reporter: It is clearly understood that you are unable to access a site for learning and 
taking test. It would be highly helpful if provided with the URL which is causing the issue 
thats helps us to triage it in a better way. Please provide sample test credentials if there 
are any.

I have been able to complete all the lessons, but I completed the internet
security lesson and the system states I have not completed it. I did it
twice, so needs to be fixed. Thank you.

We tried to sign up in to the site from the URL that you have provided in comment#2, but we are unable to sign in to it, can you please provide the sample credentials for it, which helps us further triaging the issue form our end.

We couldn't reproduce the issue because we didn't have sufficient credentials. Closing issue due to lack of feedback requested but not provided. Suggest that you contact the course author if it is still an issue for you.
