Issue descriptionChrome Version : 63.0.3239.84 OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 URLs (if applicable) : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47925332/div-height-by-percentage-doesnt-works-on-chrome-63, https://jsfiddle.net/3ttou4jv/1/ Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: OK Firefox: OK IE/Edge: I don't have windows What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. indicate table height percentage 2. nest div element in a td element 3. set height of div element 100% 4. fill next td element to have height What is the expected result? height of the div element is same as td element height What happens instead of that? height of the div element is defined by its content Please provide any additional information below. html and body's height in strict mode is 0, so 100% of 0 is 0 as explained in the stackoverflow response. |
