Pages won't come up, chrome and Google keep stopping??

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Updating
2. Restart phone
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
For it to launch or open?? I'm not 

What went wrong?
Doesn't stay loaded??:can't use

Did this work before? N/A

@ashlynncombs44 -- Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please try by following the below methods.

1. Navigate to Android device settings >> Apps & notifications >> App info >> Chrome and then disable and enable.
2. Search for "Chrome" in Play store and update the Chrome to latest stable version #63.0.3239.111.

And let us know your observations.
