Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Navigate https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ 
3. Place cursor in any text box 
4. Type some text and then scroll down page.

Observed results:
1. Cursor remains in place 
2. When user starts typing again the page does not jump back to make input visible.

Expected results:
1. Cursor should remain in place 
2. If user starts typing then the page should jump back to make input visible.

Note: Same behavior on iPhone8 iOS 11.1.2
