Added bisects on a few more metrics, but this seems like it was probably caused by noise.

This is expected due to the needed fix for  Issue 794819  and the fact that this bot is still running 10.11.

We should be testing on current operating system versions, not obsolete ones.

Thanks for the feedback, Ken! Filed https://github.com/catapult-project/catapult/issues/4171 for the reopening issue and bug 803851 for the OS version issue.
