Unable to reproduce the issue on reporteds chrome version 63.0.3239.108 and on the latest canary 65.0.3304.0 Using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched chrome
2. Navigated to https://in.bookmyshow.com/
3. Didn't perform any action, neither clicked Allow/Block after the pop-up.
4. Re-loaded the page again

We observed the pop-up again appeared after the page is re-loaded. Attaching the screen cast of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please check the screen cast and let us know if we have missed any steps in reproducing the issue. It would be highly helpful if shared with the sample test URL in which the issue is seen, which enables us to triage the issue in a better way.

Thanks!
