Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome on Windows platform
2. Bookmark any page
3. Look at bookmark dialog in the top right. You should see the Done button to the left of the remove button, which is not platform consistent.

What is the expected behavior?
The done button should be to the far right of all other buttons.

What went wrong?
