What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. Mouse over the image until there's a tooltip
3. Tripled swipe to a different desktop.

The tooltip shows in the new desktop. It fades out eventually, but it's still pretty confusing and buggy looking. I've also seen cases where it doesn't fade out and I'm just stuck with a tooltip indefinitely until I restart Chrome, but I haven't been able to reproduce it intentionally.
