Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome beta
  2.  Open youtube.com
  3.  Long press on any of the video --> Open in incognito tab.
  4.  Tap on play --> Tap on video.

Observed results:
Notice that the youtube video controls are not displayed

Note:
Not reproducible when Safari UserAgent is ON in experimental settings.

Youtube video controls should be displayed.
