Regression: Graphics are not working in Polygon Shredder of Chrome WebGL experiments

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Navigate to https://www.clicktorelease.com/code/polygon-shredder/ and observe


Expected: Should be able to see the graphics
Actual: Unable to see the graphics

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3282.41/10176.22.0 Beta Channel Peppy

NOTE: Issue is not seen in Windows and Linux

Graphics not working is a direct result of the GPU crash, as suspected by the reporter in issue 796883.

Not sure if we fallback to swiftshader on CrOS, but that's a separate question.
