Regression: Unwanted test continuation is seen for Cookies in view site Info bubble

Chrome Version: 65.0.3300.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open any secured site and click on secure chip
(2)Observe text beside Cookies 

Expected: Cookies(4 in use) should be seen.
Actual: Instead Cookies(4 in use... is seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M65.

Good Build: 65.0.3299.0
Bad Build: 65.0.3300.0

Re-kicked the bisect using per-revision bisect and got same changelog. 

CHANGELOG URL:

Hence did chromium bisect and got changelog as 

You are probably looking for a change made after 525045 (known good), but no later than 525051 (first known bad).

Thanks so much for your bisect! It was super helpful, the culprit is actually https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/7a64aa11ac3dbb42be7bb8b07840e416006f1f1f - a translation issue.
