When using Presentation API, target selection dialog should say "Present to" not "Cast to"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Present from Slides

What is the expected result?
Dialog should say "Present to..." and provide a list of targets

What happens instead?
Dialog says "Cast to..." and provides a list of targets

From a user perspective, it is confusing to see "Cast to" in this scenario. With the new Presentation API we have an opportunity to change this behavior for presentation-centered flows.
