Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 62.0.3202.94, on latest stable 63.0.3239.108 and on latest dev 65.0.3300.0 dev using Windows 10 , Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1 as per steps mentioned in comment#0. 

This issue is seen from M50[50.0.2166.0]. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged.
