Do a request for get_host_history(start_time=T1, end_time=T1+X) and it will fail to retrieve HQEs that run from T1 to T1+X+Y (ie events that start within the requested range but end after).

I ran into this when trying to regenerate a suite report for completed suites which didn't include events because they hadn't finished at the time of the report but had finished after, but it was still insufficient due to this bug.
