Headless: full-pipeline compositing mode doesn't work with image decodes on cc |
|
Issue descriptionAt the moment, the cc::Scheduler’s implementation of the full-pipeline mode (--run-all-compositor-stages-before-draw) doesn’t account for potentially pending image decodes in the compositor. Consequently, it currently requires that checker imaging is disabled (--disable-checker-imaging). --disable-checker-imaging is also currently required to prevent impl-side invalidations for minimal BeginFrames, see bit.ly/headless-rendering.

Since crrev.com/c/942038, animate_only BeginFrames now consider impl-side invalidations. The full-pipeline mode still doesn't account for image decodes, though. |
