epoll_quic_client doesn't close connection before exiting

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Example URL: www.google.com Steps to reproduce the problem: #version 63.0.3239.58, debug build epoll_quic_client -v=1 www.google.com What is the expected behavior? #version 61.0.3153.2, debug build epoll_quic_client -v=1 www.google.com ... Request succeeded (redirect 302). [1220/112047.661754:VERBOSE1:quic_connection.cc(1917)] Client: Closing connection: 4540331826128533010, with error: QUIC_PEER_GOING_AWAY (16), and details: Client being torn down [1220/112047.661763:VERBOSE1:quic_connection.cc(1942)] Client: Sending connection close packet. [1220/112047.661770:VERBOSE1:quic_connection.cc(2178)] Bundling ack with outgoing packet. What went wrong? The newer version of epoll_quic_client from chromium tools doesn't close connection before exit. Did this work before?
