Change audio_AlsaLoopback and audioCrasLoopback to check frequency

This can catch the bugs like http://crbug.com/796296. Currently audio_AlsaLoopback and audioCrasLoopback check the recorded volume. But recorded audio can be wrong when the volume is big.

796296 only happens when channel count is one. So we need to iterate all supported channel? Jimmy?

Can I just check what is the goal here? Are we trying to check that audio that has been output has not been corrupted?

If so, then it seems like the audio_AudioArtifacts test is already doing this?
