Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have a web-app using more than 1GB memory 2. Perform heap dump "Take heap snapshot" 3. See memory usage of tab grow until it hits 3700MB, then page crashes What is the expected behavior? That I was able to take a heap snapshot even if this process exceeds the normal per-tab memory limit What went wrong? The page crashed while dumping memory Did this work before? No Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
