input field with text align right property in an foreignObject in a SVG has a fixed position and vanish with zoom change

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. create an inline SVG 2. add a foreigne object inside this svg 3. add an input text field inside the foreign object 4. change the property of the input field to text-align right 5. modify the zoom level of the svg 5.1 zoom the page with the browser's magnify 5.2 or change the windows 10's scale and layout parameter in Display settings 5.3 or change the scale of the svg What is the expected behavior? The text is inside the input field at the correct position (right alignment). What went wrong? The text has fixed position and vanish from input field. Did this work before? Do you know if this used to work in a recent version? If so, it's not unlikely that it is a dupe of issue 771852 , otherwise I'd suspect it is similar to issue 483497 . I'll set up a blocking relation to those two for now.
