Unable to connect to the Weather Channel

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. screen>weather>more>report wrong city name 2. screen>weather>more>the Weather Channel 3. Observe What is the expected behavior? The sites should open after selecting the report wrong city name and the Weather Channe What went wrong? After selecting the report wrong city name and the Weather Channel, the weather is refreshed, can not connect the site. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.84 Channel: n/a OS Version: O-OS Flash Version: Device : SM-G9650_CHN_TGY Android version : O-OS Chrome version : 62.0.3202.84
