A11y: there should be a Chromevox hotkey to check battery status

 I have updated to the latest version of Chrome, and I can't see the battery in my status tray.  Mode: force_next

Summary: A11y: there should be a Chromevox hotkey to check battery status (was: Battery in status tray.)
There should be an easier way to check battery status since it is checked just as often as time or date.

The current method for checking battery status is:
# With Chromevox running, press alt+shift+s to get to the status bar
# Tab to the time
# Use search+right arrow until you get to the battery status
