[Findit] Convert 'metadata' in try job result dict --> StructuredObject

Currently try job reports include a field called 'metadata', which is returned as a dict. For code cleanliness and robustness, this should be converted to a StructuredObject.

Compile, Test, and Flake try jobs all need this.
