https://luci-scheduler.appspot.com/ Could use a "Getting started" link or something similar which redirects to documents explaining how to use the scheduler (how to write config files, what triggers and jobs are, etc).  This is the most obvious entrypoint to the scheduler (it comes up when you Google "luci scheduler") and is probably where new people will come to figure out how to use it.
