The component includes the following kinds of issues:

a) issues with coverage tools landed in Chromium repo (i.e. tools/code_coverage)

b) issues with LLVM tools used by Chromium scripts (i.e. llvm-cov and llvm-profdata)

c) tracking of ongoing code coverage work: setting up a dashboard, generating a total code coverage report for Chrome, and other things
