smbprovider: Add support for has_more in ReadDirectory

Feature description:  Implement has_more in ReadDirectory 

ReadDirectory is currently implemented in a way that reads the whole directory at once, no matter what size. has_more is currently always set to false. has_more should be implemented to support paging

Implement has_more for ReadDirectory

Implements has_more in SmbFileSystem for ReadDirectory. This allows
SmbFileSystem to deliver the first page of results without waiting for
the whole list of results.
