Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome.
2. Go to chrome://crashes


Observed results:
Crash icon is overlapped with omnibox

Note :
Issue is also seen in "chrome://sync" url web page goes behind the omnibox.

Expected results:
Crash icon should be shown without any truncations.
