Steps to reproduce the problem (or my check video file): 
1. Use Windows 10 (Fall Creators Update)
2. Open https://media.tojicode.com/q3bsp/ and lock cursor
3. Move mouse slowly and hold any mouse button you will see the problem

Please fix it, all games are broken in Windows 10 :(.
