What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Now Click on Uber Tray and click on 'Sign out' option
(2)Observe Cursor is in 'Password' field -> Now click on Uber Tray
(3)Now type password from Keyboard and observe unable to enter even cursor is available in 'Password' field

Expected: Should be able to enter Password in 'Password' field  even Uber Tray is opened
Actual: Instead unable to enter Password if Uber Tray is opened

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-60

@wzang : please confirm the Issue

Note: Issue is seen on M-65 also
