seiyon.park@, can you please provide a test account(username & password) that we can use to repro the issue that you reported? We are unable to authenticate our test account required for registration. Can you also please test the issue on the latest Chrome: 63.0.3239.111 with gboard: 6.8.8.178714143-release-arm64-v8a available on the playstore and let us know if the issue is still reproducible? Please provide a video for the issue, if possible, along with a bugreport.

I signed up for an account and was able to edit the page using the developer tools to make the form editable without going through identity verification. I have confirmed that this is the same issue as in crbug.com/737395 and my proposed fix for that issue fixes this as well.
