Save shortcut does not work on wikipedia chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

1. Use Chrome version 45.0.2454.85
2. Edit Wikipedia using the wikEd editor gadget:

2.1 log into Wikipedia
2.2 select wikEd under your Wikipedia preferences (Preferences :: Gadgets)
2.3 Press Shift+Alt+S

What is the expected behavior?
Page edit is saved. Per

What went wrong?
Nothing happens when a person presses Shift+Alt+S

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Why would anyone use Chrome 45.0.2454.85 in 2017?

moscowamerican@ Thanks for the issue.

Can you please upgrade Chrome to the latest version and retry the issue, as 45.0.2454.85 is a very old version of Chrome.

Also tried this issue on Windows 10 using the latest Stable 63.0.3239.108 and Canary 65.0.3306.0 by following the below steps,

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to
2. Logged into Wikipedia and clicked on 'Edit Source' tab.
3. page edit is not saved on hitting Shift+Alt+S. Also this shortcut is not mentioned in this page

Request you to please update chrome, retry the issue and provide us the observations.Also provide us the actual and expected output which will help in further triaging of the issue.
