Verify that multi-window mode isn't problematic for Download's "Open With" Intent

In MediaViewerUtils.getMediaViewerIntent, we need to verify that multi-window mode won't break the "Open With" chooser Intent

steimel@ is this on your backlog to do or do you want someone on the downloads team to take a look?

It's not currently on my backlog, so the downloads team is more than welcome to take a look :)

I didn't see any issue when opening downloaded image files in multi-window mode from download home.
